Mrs. Hokanson
I graduated from the University of Dayton in 2006 with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Upon graduation, I moved home to Westchester County, New York and began a dual master's program at Manhattanville College. In 2008, I completed my degree in Special Education and Literacy.
After marrying my husband in June of 2008, I moved to the South Shore area. I have taught Kindergarten at Sacred Heart in Kingston for three years and have spent three summers working for the Pilgrim Area Collaborative as a classroom teacher for their special needs summer program. On August 30th, 2012, we welcomed our first child, Colin Michael and Jillian Grace entered our family on April 9, 2015!
The 2011-2012 school year marked my first at Manomet Elementary School, teaching Kindergarten part time, as well as working as a Title I teacher.
